1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of globalvsmart.com and to the courses and services of Global VSmart Academy (“Global Vsmart”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Our services
We provide coaching and training for professional qualifications such as ACCA and US CMA, through live online classes, recorded lectures, study material, mock tests and webinars. Details of each course, including content, duration and fees, are shown on the relevant course page.
3. Your account
You must give accurate information when you register or enrol and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Your account is for your personal use only; sharing your login with others may lead to your access being suspended without refund.
4. Fees and payments
All fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the course page and at checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or bank details. Applicable taxes are included or shown at checkout. We may change prices or offers at any time, but the change will not affect a course you have already paid for.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Course content and copyright
All lectures, videos, notes, tests and other material are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal learning only. You must not copy, record, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.
7. No guarantee of results
Your exam results, certification, exemptions, salary or job outcomes depend on your own effort, your background and the decisions of third parties such as awarding bodies and employers. We do not guarantee any exam result, job or salary. Salary figures and career information on our website are indicative and based on general or third-party sources. Placement assistance means guidance, referrals and hiring drives, and is not a promise of a job.
8. Third-party names
ACCA, IMA, US CMA and other names mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. Exam registration, exam fees and membership are handled directly with those bodies.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or our classes, including attempting to hack or disrupt them, uploading harmful content, harassing others, or using the material for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last updated.

Privacy and communication
Some of our Sites functionality can be used without revealing any personal information, though for features or services related to the Online Course, personal information is required. If you do not use these specific features or services on the Site, then the only information we collect will be Non-Personal Information (i.e., information that cannot be used to identify you). Non-Personal Information includes information such as the web pages that you have viewed. In order to access certain features and benefits on our Site, you may need to submit Personally Identifiable Information (i.e., information that can be used to identify you).
